Direct Primary Care
Find out whether Direct Primary Care fits the way you want to plan your primary care, and what to ask before you enroll.
DPC generally uses a recurring membership fee for a defined set of primary care services.
The details that matter are in the agreement: which services the fee covers, how appointments are scheduled, what costs extra, and how membership can end. Ask the office about current availability and terms.
Membership does not replace health insurance or cover every type of medical care. Review the written agreement and keep a plan for emergencies, hospital care, specialists and other care outside its scope.
This page is general information, not a membership offer. Fees, benefits, enrollment availability, insurance arrangements and cancellation terms are set out only in the practice's current written agreement.

No. DPC is a membership arrangement for the primary care services described in your written agreement. It is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospital care, emergencies, specialists, or other services outside the agreement.
Ask the office for the current written membership agreement. Confirm which visits and services are included, what is excluded, any separate charges, and how appointments and communication work.
Contact the office for current fees and enrollment availability. Pricing is not published on this website, so please review the current terms directly before enrolling.
Ask the office how membership relates to your existing coverage, and confirm with your insurer. Do not assume membership fees are reimbursable. Keeping coverage for care outside the agreement is important.
Call the Huntsville office at (936) 439-6070 or the Fairview office at (469) 951-0477 during business hours and ask for Direct Primary Care membership information and the written agreement.
