Appointment questions

Before you call.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Call the Huntsville office at (936) 439-6070 or the Fairview office at (469) 951-0477 during office business hours. The office can discuss appointment availability and the visit type that fits your needs.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Care is provided in person at the Huntsville and Fairview offices. If you would like to ask about a virtual visit, raise it with the office. Virtual visits, whether a first visit or a follow-up, are considered only at your request, when clinically appropriate, and as permitted under prevailing Texas law. Many concerns require an in-person examination.

What are the office hours?

Please call the office you plan to visit to confirm current business hours before you come in.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a photo ID, a current list of medications (including supplements) and allergies, relevant medical records, and insurance information if you plan to ask about insurance billing. The office can tell you about anything else to bring.

What will my visit cost?

Ask the office about visit fees, accepted payment methods and any insurance arrangements before you schedule. Direct Primary Care membership terms are provided in a written agreement.

Can I use the phone line or email in an emergency?

No. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency. Office phone lines and email are not emergency services.
